Using this site
simastrovastu.com.au is operated by Simmi Dhussa Verma (SimAstroVastu), offering Vedic astrology and Vastu Shastra consultations, numerology & other self-service calculators, and Vastu remedy items, based in Norwest, Sydney. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
The nature of our services
Astrology, Vastu Shastra and numerology are traditional systems of guidance rooted in Vedic philosophy. Readings, calculators and remedies offered on this site are intended for guidance, reflection and traditional spiritual practice — they are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Please use your own judgement, and consult an appropriately qualified professional for medical, legal or financial decisions.
Digital tools
The Kundali, numerology, Vastu direction and Janam Tara calculators on this site are provided as a starting point and a taste of what a full reading covers — not as a substitute for one. Calculations use standard astronomical/astrological formulas and are offered "as is," without warranty of exact precision for every edge case (e.g. extreme latitudes or historical dates).
Bookings & Consultations
Submitting an order or consultation request form registers your interest — it does not automatically confirm a booking. Simmi personally reviews and confirms each request by email or WhatsApp, including scheduling and, for paid packages, payment details. Nothing is charged automatically through this website.
Vastu remedy items
Items shown in the Vastu Remedy Shop are enquiry-based — pricing, availability and shipping are confirmed with you directly before any order is finalised, rather than through an automated checkout on this site.
Content & intellectual property
The text, design and educational content on this site belong to SimAstroVastu. You're welcome to share links to it, but please don't reproduce substantial content elsewhere without asking first.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time as the site and services evolve; the "last updated" date above will reflect the latest version.
